Vegetable Spread with truffles


We wanted to offer our consumers a vegetarian spread with an exceptional taste and aroma, a delicacy in itself that would be the star of every holiday meal, but that could also be an everyday snack. The truffles we used have a unique, unmistakable aroma and infuse our vegetable spread with a special taste. The basic ingredients of our recipe combine with the delicious flavour of the mushrooms and an extra note is added, turning the truffle veggie spread into a tasty, easy-to-spread preparation, that can be used on a variety of occasions.


Ingredients: water, sunflower oil, truffles 0.5%, mushrooms 11.32% , soy protein, iodised salt, gelling agent (carrageenan), wheat starch, thickening agent (guar gum), stabilizers (polyphosphates), emulsifier (acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), glucose syrup, rosemary extract, food colour (caramel). Sterilised product.

A canapé or sandwich with Mandy Vegetable Spread with Mushrooms needs nothing else, in principle. If you want to bring out the taste of button mushrooms and you want to give your canapés an even more appetizing appearance, you can top them with a few slices of canned mushrooms, well drained, and a few drops of Vegetable Mayonnaise.
