Romanian plate with zacusca
Zacusca is one of the traditional dishes most loved by Romanians, due to the intense and fresh taste of cooked vegetables, prepared on low heat and seasoned with simple spices, salt and pepper. At Mandy, we prepare four varieties of zacusca, with different ingredients, to satisfy even the most demanding tastes. Zacusca is a versatile dish, which can be eaten generously spread on a slice of fresh or toasted bread, or it can be accompanied by a well-grilled skewer or a plate of Romanian cheeses.
